VACCINATIONS

  • Dog and Cat annual wellness checkup (of existing clients) with vaccinations and

  • Proheart 6 and 12 Heartworm shots are available for dogs over 6 months of age

  • PLEASE SPECIFY YOUR NEEDS WHEN MAKING YOUR APPOINTMENT, AS DR J DOESN'T CARRY EXTRA MEDICATIONS, SUPPLIES, OR VACCINES IN HER VEHICLE

End of Life Care

 

  •  Dr J is ONLY accpeting new patients for END of Life serives only.

  • End of Life

    •   In Home Euthanasia Service​​

      • During your appointment Dr J will explain the process. Provide your fur-baby with premedication (to help decrease pain and fear) before helping your baby transition.

      • If your pet has a favorite food (including the regularly forbidden: bacon/chocolate/etc), please have it ready to provide as treats during the premedication process.

  • Dr J can transport your pets remains for cremation on request.  Price depends on your pet's size.

    • Please let us know when scheduling if you need transportation so Dr J can be sure to have the needed space and help.
